For the development of MS LIBER-T in an effective way, information exchanges between numerical databases or discrete models with continuum models must be as much efficient as possible.
Examples of numerical databases include the structure vs. chemistry properties of the materials and composite electrodes (e.g. translated as effective surface or interphases areas), the transport vs. structure properties of the materials and composite electrodes (e.g. translated as effective diffusion coefficient), and the activity vs. structure of the materials (e.g. translated as activation reaction or interphase energies).
MS LIBER-T has the possibility of managing these databases in a modular way. Features consisting on automatically generating databases from the MS LIBER-T interface are planned to be developed in the near future.
